Longitude Festival 2017
Looking for a another cool summer music festival to go to this weekend? If you are not really into camping, then that is ok. Longitude is a three day non-camping festival and will take place in Marlay Park from Friday to Sunday. Bringing a diversity of musical styles, the line up of this year’s festival includes Canadian hitmaker The Weeknd, London folksters Mumford and Sons and grime artist Stormzy.

Kopparberg Fruit Market
Kopparberg is bringing their Fruit Market to the Dundrum Garden of Pure Imagination by Diarmuid Gavin this July. For the month of July Kopparberg will have their infamous Fruit Market in situ at Pembroke Square serving up Elderflower & Lime and Raspberry flavours. While you soak up the rays and party atmosphere, enjoy your favourite cider perfectly served over ice or as a signature Koppar-cocktail. Plus try a whipped ice cream served with unique raspberry Kopparberg syrup.
The Fruit Market sits within the pop-up Candlelight Bar and the colourful garden which is jam packed with blooming trees, water features, raised flowerbeds, gardening gadgets, hangout spots and more. The summer garden is the perfect backdrop to Kopparberg’s colourful pop-up bar, so add a little zest to your summer with Kopparberg at Dundrum Town Centre.

98FM’s Big Slide Festival
Get your swimsuit ready because this weekend Dublin’s 98FM is bringing back their 260ft waterslide. On Saturday and Sunday the two lane inflatable slide will run down Winetavern Street, giving sliders the chance to travel through Christchurch.
Wannabe sliders should tune into 98FM and following a cue to listen, be ready for action to go online and register for their wristbands.

This is a summer party taking place at Tengu Garden. They will be firing up the BBQ and serving JuJu Burger & Beer from 7 this Saturday.

Fleet Foxes – At Iveagh Gardens
One of the most influential American bands of the last decade Fleet Foxes will be performing at Dublin’s Iveagh Gardens this Friday. The concert marks Fleet Foxes first Irish appearance since June 2011 at the Marquee in Cork. The band’s last Dublin appearance was September 2009 at Vicar Street. The announcement quickly follows the news via the band’s singer and primary songwriter Robin Pecknold that the third Fleet Foxes album is almost completed after a long hiatus.

The Doors Album 50th Anniversary by The Roadhouse Doors
If you are a big fan of The Doors and would love to celebrate the 50th anniversary of their first iconic self titled album released in 1967, go down to The Grand Social this Friday and join Ireland’s longest running authentic tribute band, The Roadhouse Doors, who will play the album live.
All the album tracks will be covered in the first section of the show followed by a night of all The Doors music, from Break on Through to the LA Woman era.
