Would you like to spend New Year’s Eve at a big concert? As part of New Year’s Festival Dublin, MCD is proud to announce the 3Countdown Concert featuring Gavin James with special guests Hudson Taylor, Wild Youth & Inhaler, on Custom House Quay Dublin.

It’s been just under 3 years since Dublin singer songwriter, Gavin James, released his debut album “Bitter Pill”. These past years have been non-stop for James with tours across the globe, including his own sold out headline arena tour to an audience of 15,000, as well as supporting Ed Sheeran and Sam Smith along the way.

Hudson Taylor: Hot off their month long North American tour, where their thrilling Hozier supports and headline shows won legions of new fans, Alfie and Harry Hudson-Taylor are back in Ireland to play NYF Festival 2018.

Wild Youth are a four-piece band who stormed the Spotify Viral Charts and held the #1 spot for two weeks with their first single.

Inhaler: Formed in 2016, Inhaler is a four-piece Rock and Roll Band from Dublin, Josh Jenkinson-Tansia, Robert Keating, Elijah Hewson and Ryan McMahon.

Midas Touch – NYE Golden Palace Party

2018 was the year Irish women stood tall, proud, and strengthened each other’s battles. To keep the triumph, H&G are celebrating the new-found queendom with gratitude to Hatshepsut, the Queen who became King in ancient Egyptian times.

District Magazine & The Building Society are joining forces to take over all three floors of Wigwam for a massive NYE party.

On the ground floor District have curated a line up of some of the most forward-thinking names in Irish hip hop, with MCs and DJs performing from 9 pm to late.

In the basement The Building Society Agency will be showing off their roster, putting together a selection of some of Ireland’s finest house & disco DJs.

On New Year’s Eve, Nolita becomes a time machine. They are bringing you back to New York in the ’70s, an era of glitter balls, DISCO & good times. On the night, the club will be transformed into the legendary STUDIO 54, a nightclub of legend, where the biggest stars in the world rubbed shoulders and danced to the best DJs around.
